I was a Go Daddy customer and had to look for another hosting company when they stopped supporting ColdFusion in Nov 2011. I stumbled onto HostingFest and tried them because of ColdFusion and price. Once I made the transition and tweaked a few things to work under the new environment and got familiar with the inferface it has been great. You can’t beat the price and multiple domains support. There have been a few times it has been down for a short period in the year I have been their customer but never very long. I have an issue with payment since they stopped accepting MasterCard about September but other than that, I have no complaints. by Zack B

Initially I had my doubts about how they would perform, because they were so inexpenseive. I’m using this site only as a testing and learning experience. I picked them for how cheap the service was. I am getting a lot more then my money’s worth. I’ve put up basic ASP.NET and pure HTML and even a PHP site. I’ve had questions a couple of times and every time they answered quickly. When I requested information about going from the installed PHP 5.2 to a newer version, they emailed me back within 10 hours that my site was at 5.4. I checked and there it was. I understand being a small site, with few visitors and having the smallest plan that I shouldn’t expect much, But they have gone beyond anything I could want and much more. by Russ

These guys always do their best to help you with any problems you may have which are very few in my case. They are very professional. I signed up because of the “you cannot go wrong” price. Turns out the service is worth more than what I pay. I have been a customer now for over 6 years under various other domain names. I am also impressed with their uptime. The only issue I have is that sometimes (very few) the software does not respond the way I would like but most times it is my fault in not following the proper order of doing things. My requirements are asp.net 4.0 and MSSQL since I do all my work with Visual Studio. I am very happy with the tools for MSSQL and I get by quite efficiently. Most other sites require you to pay extra for MSSQL. Now I am using VS2012 one-click publishing which was very easy to configure for hostingfest. I’ve used several web hosts in the past, and usually when I have a problem it takes hours or even days for them to respond. With HostingFest, on the rare occasion when I’ve had problems I have received a response within MINUTES. The techs are always knowledgable and corteous, and they get your problem solved fast. I honestly expected sub-par service at these prices, that hostingfest can offer service this good with this many features at prices near the bottom of the charts makes me wonder what all of the other hosting providers are doing wrong!
